New Life in Christ Christian Center believes:

• In the Holy Trinity God, the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.

• Jesus (the Son, God in the flesh) died and rose again to give all man salvation.

• The Holy Spirit is a divine person.

• All scripture is given through inspiration of God.

• All humans have sinned and fell short of the Glory of God (except Jesus) therefore, all humans are in need of salvation.

• The church is the people and the building.

• Christians must assembly themselves together for strength.

• Faith is the only way to receive God’s promises.

• In water baptisms as a means to signify the cleansing of the Spirit.

• In observing the Lord’s Supper.

• In the resurrection of the just and unjust.

• That humans are spirit beings with a soul that lives in a body that has a mind.

Spirit:

Romans 8:16-17 The Spirit Himself bear witness with our spirit that we are the chil­dren of God and if children, then heirs of God and joint heir with Christ.

 

Soul:

2 Peter 3:9 The Lord is not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance.

 

Mind:

John 20:31 These are written that ye might believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God; and believing ye might have life through His name.

 

Body:

Ephesians 4:12 For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ.
